A Clinician’s Personal Mindfulness Practice

Insight from personal mindfulness practice can greatly enhance self-care and clinical skills.  My own practice has been developed through work with eminent traditional teachers over the past 40 years, and is deeply informed by a neurobiological approach to information processing, attention and emotion.

If you would like to develop and deepen your own mindfulness practice, I offer individual sessions to explore the refinement and integration of foundational mindfulness practice in daily life as well as skillful application of additional meditation techniques from the traditional and clinical research canon.
