Mindfulness Techniques Group
Most clients will benefit from mindfulness practice, but you may find that it is not feasible to devote sufficient time in your individual therapy hour to properly introduce and cultivate a useful practice. You may consider referring your client to my client groups on mindfulness techniques, where in 8 – 12 sessions they can acquire a solid grounding in precise and beneficial mindfulness practice, and learn how to integrate mindfulness into daily life. These groups are focused on skill learning and include some group process and mutual support. Please contact me to find a group suitable for your client.
Mindful Relationships and Communication
These are process groups for clients who wish to explore being present in relationship with others, with greater clarity of communication and awareness of motivation and emotion. Group sessions include time devoted to mindfulness experiences designed to orient group members to the present and to each other.
